Big Olympic Screen | Potters Fields

Organized by the Mayor of London in partnership with Potters Fields Park Management Trust and Southwark Council, the Potters Fields event combines live coverage of game events with entertainment shows and workshops.

The installation lasted more than a month, near the Tower Bridge.

“10 years ago this event would not have happened. But with the development of the South Bank and Bankside leading to the development of More London and, of course, the Shard spreading London’s cultural and business centre south of the river, we welcome everyone to Southwark and Picture: Potters Fields not just for a perfect view of the games on the giant screen but to also enjoy the vast array of local emerging talent with performances from Southwark and London.”
